Not really true, Burton generally has 30-40 kids and they normally do quite well year in and year out. The key is getting the most out of those kid.
There are very few teams in the LPD putting 50+ kids on the sidelines. I would imagine PV does it regularly and Kelly may put up close to that just by the fact of school size but not many can do it year to year.
my roster for clintwood says 45, and probably more than that the last few years
There are 7 #'s that are always listed on the roster with retired jerseys of former players. They had 37 this year and about the same last year. I think they had around 44-45 the two years before. So you take away those 7 away from the 45 you claim and you get around the 37 I said they have.
press day picture there is 45 kids in uniform, i doubt they would go get 7 kids off the street to put on retired jerseys for a press day picture, so rather or not they ended up with 45 they started with 45 players which is still more than any other lpd team at d1 leave.. so with those numbers its no wonder they would win, which would give them more games, which would give them better stats,
I guess he told you Herb! HAAAAAAAAAA
Numbers dont mean a whole lot. If they only have 1 or 2 good players having 60 kids on a team doesnt mean a whole lot.
Sure did. Those 8 scrubs that come out every summer to get their picture in the paper is what put them over the edge this year. From game 1 to game 13 they had 37 players dressed or injured on the sideline. You'd think that JJK would have been much better since they had the largest roster in the district this year.
PV had more kids dressed than CW, i guess thats why we beat them by 50....wait what?
JJK dressed more kids than PV, no wonder they beat us by 30...........wait what?
you boys are too good, hard to make a point when you drop some knowledge like that, i guess numbers have nothing to do with it, so with that said i think ervinton is gonna give clintwood a good run for their money next year.
